Send the page URL, disputed statement and best available source. We distinguish factual corrections from clarifications and routine freshness updates.

Our position

Material errors should be corrected promptly with a dated note explaining what changed. We do not silently rewrite evidence history.

What to include

Provide the exact sentence, page URL, reason it may be wrong and a primary source where possible. Do not send account passwords, payment credentials or identity documents.

Correction record

No material corrections have been logged since the prototype review on 24 September 2026. This statement is not a substitute for a future public change log.
